JustinBradley's client, a leader in mortgage financing, is looking for a Workday Change Management Consultant. The Consultant will support the Talent Management team and the transition of all talent management capabilities from Oracle to Workday.
Responsibilities :
- Developing / updating job aids and quick reference guides for employees, managers, and HR partners.
- Supporting development of training and communications for how to conduct talent management processes (including succession planning, performance management, and talent reviews) in Workday.
- Supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for talent management processes.
- Updating internal team job aids and process documentation.
- Report testing and troubleshooting.
- Dashboard testing and troubleshooting.
- Helping troubleshoot post-go-live issues / resolve escalated tickets.
