ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Track actuals vs plan, evaluate variances, capture issues, identify trends, and develop action plans based on findings to drive continual improvement in forecast accuracy
- Analyze performance of key forecast drivers, including promotional activities, new product launches, pricing, etc., and derive insights to inform forecast adjustments
- Partner with cross-functional teams to develop estimates for volume generating initiatives, ensure supply availability, and incorporate changes into plan in a timely manner
- Prepare materials for quarterly demand review meetings
- Support demand modeling for the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Latest Estimates (LE)
- Assist with state-level MSRP management and pricing initiatives and manage the analytics driving these decisions
- Perform other related duties and responsibilities, as well as ad hoc requests, as assigned
PERSONAL AND PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; Tableau experience preferred
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and adaptability
- Highly detail oriented
EDUCATION:
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Business Administration, Accounting, Engineering, OR an equivalent combination of education and work experience
- 3 years experience in forecasting, demand/supply planning, finance, business operations, or data analysis related roles
