About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated Guest Service Specialist to join our team at Juut Salonspa.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional guest experience by greeting and escorting guests to the waiting area, offering beverages, and engaging in friendly conversations.
- Manage front desk duties, including checking out guests, processing sales, and pre-booking appointments.
- Answer incoming calls, book appointments, and capture guest data accurately.
- Stock retail shelves, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and perform other tasks as needed.
- Reschedule appointments, block artist time, and distribute gratuities.
- Handle cash transactions, including bank deposits.
- Attend training sessions, education, and meetings to stay up-to-date on industry knowledge and company policies.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Some experience in salon, cosmetics, hospitality, or retail business preferred.
