What are the responsibilities and job description for the Outpatient Therapist- Contractor position at Juvenile Justice Center of Philadelphia?
JJC is looking to hire a part-time Outpatient Therapist to work with children and families! Our outpatient program serves children with various diagnosis in a child centered and family-focused manner. We offer LPC and LCSW supervision after probationary period is completed.
Responsibilities
Outpatient therapist is required to have a minimum caseload of 4 clients for which they conduct weekly sessions, in person or virtual depending on client's needs. Our program serves children with diagnosis that include, but are not limited to, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Mood and Anxiety Disorders, PTSD, etc. Children served range in age from 4-18.
Qualifications
Master’s Degree from an accredited university in a clinical mental health discipline, such as: Psychology, Counseling, Clinical Social Work, Psychiatric Nursing, and Marriage and Family therapy, for example.
Must pass background checks
Must have 1 year of experience in as a MH/Clinical Therapist in any setting
Preferred LSW/LCSW/LPC
Salary : $30 - $40
