Your role at JUVLY AESTHETICS :
As a Client Experience Manager, you will be leading a virtual concierge experience in the spas. You will inspire your team through Juvly culture and values to ensure our company vision and objectives are met. In addition, you will :
- Lead the development and training of the virtual client support team to deliver outstanding service standards and operational efficiencies.
- Oversee client intake, phone calls, lead funnel management.
- Assist / monitor client experience team ability to convert leads into booked appointments.
- Implement strategies to grow the business by leveraging guest loyalty programs / memberships, events, service and product knowledge, and more.
- Lead a coaching culture where everyone is recognized for their success and provided feedback on areas to grow.
- Utilize data to monitor KPI’s and drive continuous improvements initiatives.
- Make recommendations and execute recruitment & retention within the virtual team to maintain operational excellence.
