Position Overview: Juvly Aesthetics is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Medical Aesthetician to join our dynamic team. Our ideal candidate will have a passion for skincare and beauty, along with the necessary skills and qualifications to perform a variety of non-surgical cosmetic procedures.
Unique Practice Dynamics:
- Work directly alongside physicians and master providers in an integrated, learning-focused practice.
- Participate in collaborative treatment planning that goes beyond standard esthetician roles.

Key Responsibilities and Growth Pathways:
- Client Consultation: Conduct thorough consultations to understand clients' aesthetic concerns, medical history, and treatment goals.
- Skincare Treatments: Perform advanced skincare treatments including but not limited to facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and dermaplaning.
- Non-Surgical Procedures: Administer non-surgical cosmetic procedures such as photofacials, microneedling, and other skin rejuvenation treatments.
- Provider Assistant: Assist with procedures like wrinkle relaxers and dermal fillers.
- Advanced Training Opportunities (depending on state law):
- Comprehensive laser service training
- Advanced non-invasive body contouring procedures
- Career Advancement Tracks:
- Progression to Lead Esthetician
- Potential recruitment to internal training team
- Developing expertise in cutting-edge aesthetic technologies
Comprehensive Responsibilities
- Client Education on skincare practices and post-treatment care
- Maintain Compliance with all relevant laws and industry standards
- Accurate Record Keeping
- Collaborate with team members to ensure integrated patient care
Qualifications:
- Aesthetician license FL, MN, NY, OH, TX or WI (depending on job opening)
- Certification or training in medical esthetics
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a Medical Aesthetician
- Must have a salon license or be willing to obtain one (MN only)
- Proficiency in skincare and non-surgical cosmetic procedures
- Strong knowledge of skincare products, ingredients and non-surgical procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
