```Job Summary```
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Data Entry Clerk. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and maintaining various types of data into Microsoft Excel spreadsheets, formatting spreadsheets for import and applying formulas to data. The ideal candidate has excellent typing skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
```Duties```
- Enter data into spreadsheets with speed and accuracy
- Verify and correct data as needed
- Organize and maintain files and records
- Download inventory data from vendor sites along with images as needed
- Assist with data collection and analysis projects
- Perform other clerical duties as assigned
```Experience```
- Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role preferred
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy
- Familiarity with databases and data entry processes
- Ability to transcribe information accurately
- Basic math skills for data calculations and analysis
- Knowledge of pivot tables is a plus
