Customer Service Representative

Your individual responsibilities will include meeting store objectives, motivating, and fostering a customer-focused culture while building lasting relationships with our customers.

Job Responsibilities:

Support daily priorities to optimize the customer experience and increase sales with the customer mindset as a priority.

Complete activities to ensure customer readiness and exceptional presentation standards are being met.

Ensuring a lasting impression is presented to anyone and everyone who walks into the store.

Provided proactive and solution oriented customer centric culture within the shop.

Have a deep understanding and know how of products carried within Red Star Vapor. Being able to teach and coach team members and customers on those products.

Have a practical knowledge of store systems.

Handle various responsibilities related to the physical operation of the store, including activities required to open and close the shop, as well as involvement in daily operational functions.

Maintain and keep store both clean and organized at all times.

Place and complete orders on time while maintaining accurate inventory levels

Communicate store needs to Store Manager.

Prevents and minimizes loss prevention as required.

Regular, dependable attendance & punctuality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $14.70 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
