Job Requirements
To perform this job successfully, an individual must have a strong understanding of product design, fabrication, assembly, tooling, secondary tooling, material flow racks and materials. Additionally, they must have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum of three years' experience working in the automotive industry with injection molded parts and assemblies.
- Experience in AutoCAD and secondary tooling.
- Basic understanding of the injection molding process and secondary processes.
- Minimum of two years' experience working with GD&T.
- Hands-on tooling and processing experience beneficial.
