Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Groundskeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the aesthetic and functional aspects of our outdoor spaces. This role involves a variety of tasks related to landscape maintenance, lawn care, Trashing out vacant units.
Duties
- Perform regular lawn care tasks including mowing, edging, and fertilizing to maintain healthy grass.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various landscaping projects.
- Irrigate plants and lawns as needed to promote growth and health.
- Maintain flower beds, gardens, and other landscape features through weeding, planting, and pruning.
- Conduct routine inspections of the grounds to identify areas needing attention or repair.
- Ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and stored after use.
- Assist in landscape design projects by preparing soil, planting new vegetation, and installing decorative features.
- Collaborate with team members to complete larger landscaping projects efficiently.
Experience
- Previous experience in groundskeeping or landscape maintenance is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with using power tools and hand tools related to gardening and landscaping tasks.
- Knowledge of irrigation systems and techniques for effective water management.
- A strong understanding of plant care, including knowledge of various plant species and their maintenance needs.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude.

Pay: $15.57 - $16.00 per hour
