Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean, hygienic, and welcoming environment for our guests. This role requires a strong commitment to hospitality and an eye for detail, ensuring that all areas are kept to the highest standards of cleanliness. Experience in hotel or industrial cleaning is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning duties in guest rooms, hallways, and common areas to ensure a spotless environment.
- Conduct floor care including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing as needed.
- Manage laundry services including washing, drying, and folding linens and towels.
- Restock supplies such as toiletries and cleaning products in guest rooms and public areas.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Follow established procedures for cleaning and sanitizing to maintain health standards.
- Assist with special projects or deep cleaning tasks as assigned by housekeeping management.
Experience
- Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial services is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with hospitality standards and practices is a plus.
- Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and equipment is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
