Job Purpose
JVM Solutions is hiring Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to support the Mobilization Force Generation Installation (MFGI) Soldier Readiness Processing Center at Fort Bliss, TX. This role ensures that Service Members (SMs) receive high-quality medical support as part of their Mobilization / Demobilization (MOB / DEMOB) process.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist in obtaining service member history, pertinent family history, and performing health risk appraisals.
- Prepare service members for physical examinations and assist with procedures as directed by Physicians, Physician Assistants (PAs), and Nurse Practitioners (NPs).
- Administer and document care provided, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with all policies and regulations.
- Perform quality control checks and routine maintenance on medical equipment.
- Recognize and initiate appropriate emergency measures, including life-saving interventions when necessary.
- Maintain clear communication with Physicians, PAs, and NPs regarding patient conditions and treatment plans.
- Ensure clinic productivity standards are met, with an expected patient load of 4 to 6 per hour or as determined by leadership.
- Accurately complete and close patient encounters in the medical records system at the end of each day.
- Comply with all government and professional clinical standards, including licensure, credentialing, and quality assurance requirements.
- Participate in MTF training and administrative tasks as required.
- Record work hours in the Defense Medical Human Resources System - Internet (DMHRSi) or other designated system.
