Senior Project Engineer needed who can effectively lead all technical assignments and support regional growth in Worcester. This hire will have an opportunity to play a critical role in project delivery for our clients and growth of the Worcester team.
Responsibilities
Effectively interact with staff, clients, and other stakeholders to deliver project solutions
Mentor engineers throughout project delivery
Preparation of construction plans, specifications, and estimates for contractor bidding
Preparation of supporting engineering documents and permits
Supporting role in project meetings and public meetings
Skills
Verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Through responsible autonomy, manage individual tasks and assignments
Self-starter and motivator with attention to detail
Experience with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and / or Hydro CAD is a plus

Qualifications
BS in civil engineering or related field
