We will offer a $2500 sign-on bonus for the right Automotive Technician that has good experience and we feel will be a good fit for our team.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Responsibilities Include:

• Perform automotive diagnostics to identify issues with vehicles
• Utilize mechanical knowledge to conduct repairs and maintenance on various vehicle components
• Use hand tools and power tools effectively to complete repair tasks
• Conduct vehicle maintenance tasks such as oil services, digital vehicle inspections, tire rotations, and brake inspections
• Work on powertrain components and alignments to ensure proper vehicle functionality
• Repair automotive electrical systems and troubleshoot any related issues
• Provide excellent customer service and repair timelines
• Maintain a high standard of quality in all mechanic work performed, and have organized and clean work practices.
• Willing to wear the uniform that makes us all look like part of the team!

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of automotive diagnostics, repair, and maintenance techniques
• Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing various automotive systems, including powertrain, electrical, and HVAC
• Familiarity with automotive diagnostics tools and equipment
• Ability to use power tools and hand tools effectively
• Excellent problem-solving skills to identify issues and find appropriate solutions
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality workmanship
• Strong communication skills to interact with advisors and customers to explain repairs or maintenance needs
