Job Summary:
We seek a skilled and motivated screen press operator who is passionate about visual design and screen printing. The ideal candidate should have experience with screen printing techniques, familiarity with M&R Automatic Machines, a keen eye for detail, and dedication to quality. This role is critical to producing high-quality prints that meet or exceed client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and manage automatic and manual screen press operations.
- Ensure efficient setup and maintenance of presses, dryers, and other equipment.
- Execute plastisol, discharge, and water-based printing processes to meet client standards.
- Conduct quality checks on prints to ensure consistency and adherence to specifications.
- Troubleshoot press-related issues and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality.
- Work collaboratively with the team to meet production schedules and project deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a screen press operator or similar role.
- Familiarity with M&R Automatic Machines or similar equipment is preferred.
- Strong understanding of screen-printing processes, techniques, and quality standards.
- Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality results.
