JW Fulfillment, a warehouse and distribution system provider with an extensive warehouse network across North America and Europe, is seeking a bilingual and experienced Warehouse Supervisor fluent in both Spanish and English. This role is instrumental in enhancing warehouse operations, streamlining processes, and driving productivity to ensure the accurate and timely delivery of goods. Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damages
- Unload and process shipments, ensuring all items are accounted for
- Verify and record incoming inventory in the warehouse management system
- Organize and store received items in designated areas
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of received shipments
- Communicate with suppliers and carriers to resolve any discrepancies
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits
- Ensure the receiving area is clean, organized, and safe
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies
- Assist with other warehouse duties as required
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a warehouse or receiving role preferred (minimum 1 year of experience).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse management systems
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs.)
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to follow safety protocols and procedures
- Proficiency required in reading and writing both English and Spanish, with a primary emphasis on English.
