Outbound Supervisor - Toc (Mandarin REQUIRED)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Outbound Supervisor – ToC to oversee our daily outbound operations for direct-to-consumer orders. The ideal candidate will manage order picking, packing, labeling, and shipping processes, ensure fulfillment accuracy, and coordinate with major carriers such as FedEx, UPS, and Amazon Logistics. This is a full-time onsite role at our warehouse facility, with housing support available if needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily outbound operations for ToC (To-Consumer) orders
• Assign and monitor tasks for team members, including drivers and warehouse staff
• Oversee product labeling, damage checks, and packaging to ensure order accuracy
• Coordinate outbound logistics with FedEx/UPS/AMZ and ensure proper data handoff
• Manage pick-pack-ship workflows in compliance with internal SOPs
• Handle exception orders and troubleshoot last-mile delivery issues
• Maintain inventory of packaging materials, labels, and related supplies
• Generate daily reports on shipping accuracy and operational efficiency

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse outbound or logistics operations
• Prior experience handling ToC/e-commerce shipping is a plus
• Familiarity with 3PL logistics and shipping carrier procedures (FedEx/UPS/AMZ)
• Strong team management, coordination, and scheduling skills
• MUST be Bilingual in Mandarin and English

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $4,000.00 - $4,500.00 per month
