JW Fulfillment, a warehouse and distribution system provider with an extensive warehouse network across North America and Europe, is seeking a bilingual and experienced Warehouse Supervisor fluent in both Spanish and English. This role is instrumental in enhancing warehouse operations, streamlining processes, and driving productivity to ensure the accurate and timely delivery of goods. Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and direct warehouse staff, assigning tasks and ensuring timely completion.
- Oversee shipping, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance operations.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and reconcile discrepancies.
- Ensure the accuracy of shipment and inventory transactions.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, and ensure compliance with company policies and health/safety regulations.
- Train new employees on standard operating procedures and warehouse practices.
- Monitor and maintain equipment, reporting manager maintenance or repair needs.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient and effective warehouse operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required; associate's or bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in warehouse operations and team leadership (minimum of 3yrs experience).
- Strong understanding of warehouse management systems and best practices.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a physically demanding environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in basic computer software, such as MS Office and inventory management systems.
Additional Information:
- Proficiency required in reading and writing both English and Spanish, with a primary emphasis on English.
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: Sunday-Friday.
8 hour shift, 7am-4pm.
Overtime available.
