Job Title: Reset Remodel Teams, Fixture Installers, Merchandisers
We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Merchandising Team Members to support our store operations project over the next 4 weeks. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with a team to ensure effective merchandising, maintenance, and organization of store products. This role involves de-merchandising, setting up new displays, new shelving units, signage, or other store fixtures as needed. Responsible for updating and reorganizing store layouts to match new merchandising plans. You will travel to a new store once your job is complete. In total you will complete 3 stores in multiple locations within the area. You must have your own transportation.

Location: Boston, MA
Start date 2/25/2025 - 3/25/2025
- You will work 9 days in a row Tuesday-Wednesday, and will have 4-5 days off before the next store begins.
- This is a 1099 position
- Weekly pay and a compensation range of $20.00 per hour. - Day Shift 8AM-5PM
- Key Responsibilities:
- Remove existing merchandise, old displays and signage
- Resetting store sections, Moving and adjusting shelves, displays, and product placements according to the store's updated plans.
- Tear down and rebuild shelving according to plan-o-gram ( POGs)
- Fixture assembly and installations throughout the store as needed
- Unload trucks and stocking and organizing new merchandise according to planograms
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Physical stamina to handle lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Familiarity with planograms and ability to interpret diagrams
- Previous experience in retail merchandising or store remodeling
- Remodel Representatives must commit for the entire project duration.
