Job Title: Reset Remodel Teams, Fixture Installers, Merchandisers
We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Merchandising Team Members to support our store operations project. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with a team to ensure effective merchandising, maintenance, and organization of store products. This role involves de-merchandising, setting up new displays, new shelving units, signage, or other store fixtures as needed. Responsible for updating and reorganizing store layouts to match new merchandising plans.

Job Location: Gibsonia, PA
-This is a 1099 position
- Weekly pay and a compensation range of $17.00-$18.00 per hour.
- A minimum of 40 hours per week, providing a consistent schedule for our team
- Night Shift: Sunday-Thursday
- Shifts available 9PM - 6AM and 10PM - 7AM
Key Responsibilities:
- Remove existing merchandise, old displays and signage
- Resetting store sections, Moving and adjusting shelves, displays, and product placements according to the store's updated plans.
- Tear down and rebuild shelving according to plan-o-gram ( POGs)
- Fixture assembly and installations throughout the store as needed
- Unload trucks and stocking and organizing new merchandise according to planograms
- Assist team in unloading and stocking vendor deliveries.
- Collaborating with a team, working with other associates and sometimes external contractors.
- Merchandise stock, add signage, and install pricing tags on shelves and displays
- Scrub shelving and walls, empty freezers, and assist in moving pallets
- Execute store remodel tasks with precision and attention to detail.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Physical stamina to handle lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Familiarity with planograms and ability to interpret diagrams
- Previous experience in retail merchandising or store remodeling is preferred but not required
- Remodel Representatives must commit for the entire project duration.
