This is a full time position with 1st hours. This position is eligible for full benefits (medical, dental & vision), DailyPay, 401K, paid vacation, tuition reimbursement, free downtown parking, free employee meals, hotel and restaurant discounts and more.
SUMMARY
Creating guest’s satisfaction by the detailed inspection of each guest room that is assigned. To supervise the work of others.

Attend departmental meetings.
Follow AHC handbook policies and standard operating procedures.
Actively working, always looking for ways to assists guests and going above and beyond to provide guest service.
Reads or listens to Daily Beat.
Reads and understands all memos that pertain to the housekeeping department.
Uses other AHC hotels and staff as resources.
Complete all daily responsibilities / cleaning task list.
DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES
Inspect guest rooms to quality standards put in place
Critique employee performance and productivity
Assign daily work to employees
Handle guest requests
Work with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
Work with housekeeping managers to ensure proper productivity and quality standards
EDUCATION and / or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
related experience is preferred.
