We are actively recruiting for a Fundamental Analyst to join an existing team with Expertise with Non-Bank Financials and REITs. This hire will join a very highly respected, $10Bil AUM Global Hedge Fund fund with offices in NYC & London. This is an expansion hire that will join an existing team of 5 and work shoulder-to-shoulder with a proven team including lead PM and 4 analysts.
The Fund is a leader in Global Credit. This team focuses on liquid Long-Short Credit and manages ~$3Bil in assets. On a daily basis you will be developing & modeling out trade ideas; helping to prepare & present Investment ideas to PMs, Investors & Leadership; assist in reporting & real-time analytics; optimize & monitor existing positions. This hire will also play a critical part in helping to maintain external relationships with counterparties & 3rd party vendors. And, you'll be attending top key conferences globally to expand your own expertise & network!

CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
- 3 - 5 years US-based experience in Fundamental Research Analysis from a top Hedge Fund or Investment Bank
- Bachelors degree (STEM) required from top-ranked university with advanced degrees & CFAs preferred
- Proven experience covering HY/XO liquid credits & long-short equities with a subspecialty covering REITs or Non-Bank Financials
- Strong quantitative modeling skillset with expertise in Excel & Python a priority
- Comfortable presenting to management and as needed participate in Investor calls
- High-level communication skill sets — both written & verbal
- Must be a self-motivated, team orientated, and highly collaborative professional interested in joining a high-performing US credit team
- Must be authorized to work in the US
Salary : $150,000 - $200,000
