Must have strong ortho experience
Common diagnosis / Types of patients : Ortho - Joints / Replacements / Fractures
Unit : 7NE - Ortho / Tele
Beds : 22 Total Beds
Ratios : 1 : 5-6
Charge Nurse 24 / 7
3 CNA's per shift; Ratios 1 : 7-8
Shifts & Scheduling : Nights
Weekend Requirement : EOW or 2 wknd shifts / schedule
Holiday Requirement : Yes - travelers are expected to work into the holiday rotation
Floating Requirements : Possibly to 7E, 7W, 10W, 10E
Scrub Color / Dress Code : Royal Blue
Unit / Department Specific Orientation : 1-2 shifts on the unit; 7p-7 : 30a Friday, Saturday, Sunday
Job Requirements
Must have Total Joint Replacement experience and not just fractures
Previous perm candidates must be gone for 2 years
Previous travelers there for 1 full year must be gone for 2 years
Individual unit requirements listed in pulse apply

Holiday Requirement : Yes - travelers are expected to work into the holiday rotation
Additional Details
Submission Requirements : Can only submit to 1 position at a time across the entire WVU system
Drivers license address must be outside 50 miles from the facility
Travel teams must be submitted together in 1 email
We are only permitted to submit 2 candidates per opening, if the position is at max, we will hold on to the submission if a spot opens up
ALL SUBMITTALS MUST INCLUDE A UNEXPIRED COPY OF THE CANDIDATES DRIVES LICENSE
COVID VACCINE REQUIRED : Fully vaccinated means either 2 shots of Moderna or Pfizer or 1 shot of J&J; If a traveler wants to decline based on a Medical or Religious reason, please have them fill out the appropriate Exemption Form and email it to the address on the form. These should be done ASAP as they have to go through a council to be approved or denied
