Client Relations Associate

JW Sales & Results Fresh are regional brokers servicing vendors, retailers & distributors in the Mid-West. This position is located in our Beachwood, Ohio office.

Responsibilities

Provides the day-to-day management for order processing and maintaining the order entry database.

Support JW & Results Fresh sales team regarding their specific retail accounts.   

This will include assisting in putting together sales plans to support retail programs along with executing the paperwork to align with these sales plans. 

Day to Day Activity

·      Order entry and administration of the companies Order Entry System   

·      Verify and review data for accuracy

·      Maintain and update existing data & new accounts as needed

·      Communicate with team members to ensure accuracy

·      Problem solve issues pertaining to the vendors and customer orders.

·      Perform other duties as assigned.

·      Managing existing vendors price lists and item specs

·      Strong interpersonal and communication skills - both verbal and written

·      Knowledge in Microsoft Office - Work, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint

·      Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

·      Ability to work in vendor trade systems (for example Meijer Vendornet, Kroger Lavante, Demandtech, training is available.) Will train.

Required Education & Experience

·      Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and related experience

·      2 years of experience in an account administrative role

·      Experience in using Microsoft Excel to create spreadsheets

·      Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
