Human Resource specialist: (one part-time position planned to be recruited in 2025)

Job description:
1. Use recruitment platforms such as really, LinkedIn, and other relevant sites to publish job openings for 2025, screening suitable candidates based on job requirements.
2. Assist other departments with resume screening, interview arrangements, and follow-up feedback to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
3. Responsible for publishing job descriptions, prioritizing candidates with relevant work experience in the fitness equipment industry, managing the candidate database, and maintaining and updating the talent pool for future recruitment needs.
4. Organize and coordinate the interview process, including preliminary screening, interview scheduling, and post-interview feedback, to ensure effective communication with the departments needs new employees.
5. Follow the recruitment process details, such as conducting background checks, salary negotiations, and ensuring that all recruitment activities align with company policies, laws, and regulations.
6. Assist new employees with onboarding procedures, including contract signing and data collection, ensuring a seamless integration into the team.
7. Employee file management and employee welfare programs.
8. Provide recruitment data and reports to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment efforts, reporting findings to the direct superior (Finance Manager) and offering suggestions for improvement.
