We are JWA Co., Ltd, A company based in South Korea, with operations around the world. Our state-of-the-art facilities produce a wide range of high-quality chemicals for various industries, including semi-conductors, secondary batteries, and other industrial applications. As we continue to expand our operations into the United States, we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Quality Lab Technicians to join our team.
JWA is looking for Lab Techs who can work 12 hour shifts, Thursday thru Wednesday every other week. These are 12 hour shifts, 7 days in a row. We are looking for 1 - day shift and 1 - night shift employee
Responsibilities:
-Conduct quality tests and inspections on Secondary Battery Conductive Slurry at various stages of the production process, ensuring compliance with established quality standards and specifications.
-Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and protocols for incoming raw materials, in-process materials, and finished slurry products.
-Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure accurate and reliable test results.
-Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment in the quality lab.
-Assist in the preparation and execution of supplier audits and evaluations to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
-Support the implementation of corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives related to quality.
