Opportunities to work and grow in a current book of business as a team member working for an existing agency as a insurance sales rep.
Depending on performance if desired advancement opportunities to grow your own book, or take over a book of business depending on performance

Duties:
- Market and sell various types of insurance policies to individuals and businesses
- Develop and maintain client relationships through effective communication and exceptional customer service
- Analyze clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options
- Provide accurate and timely quotes to potential clients
- Process policy changes, endorsements, and renewals
- Assist clients with claims and provide support throughout the claims process
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and changes in insurance products
- Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and achieve company goals
Requirements:
- Proven experience in insurance sales or general business to customer sales with a focus on customer service
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to effectively communicate complex insurance concepts to clients
- Multilingual skills are a plus
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and adapt sales strategies accordingly
- Proficient in using computer software for benefits administration and policy management
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for outside sales activities
- Bilingual candidates are highly desired
