Dump Truck Dispatcher

Our growing company is looking for the right candidate to be the main point of contact for customers, field units, and management. Strong interpersonal skills are a must in this dynamic role. Responsibilities:

• Connect with field teams and customers about special requests or details
• Plan and adjust service calls when necessary
• Document service schedules and customer complaints
• Track dispatch service calls and arrival times
• Coordinate service calls for field teams and customers

Qualifications:

• Candidate should be comfortable working with people in dynamic and stressful conditions
• Candidate required to have high school diploma or GED; preference for candidates with associate or bachelor’s degree
• We prefer applicants with 1 years of experience as a service dispatcher
• Experience working in a customer-oriented atmosphere
• Exceptional communication, customer service, organizational, and interpersonal skills

• Mandatory 3 years of dispatching experience in construction or dump trucking field
• Exceptional communication, organizational, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Experience working with people under stressful and dynamic conditions while maintaining a positive mindset
• Confidence in being able to implement a positive customer journey
