Job Responsibilities :
- Answer phones, take messages, and provide excellent customer service
- Filing, scanning, mailing, and other paperwork assistance
- Help the manager with calendar management and general organization
- Assist with delivering of packages, meals, newsletters, resident notices and flyers
- Schedule meetings and appointments
- Other general office support as needed
