What are the responsibilities and job description for the Executive Assistant position at JWL International Business Consultancy?
JWL International seeks a Legal Executive Assistant to support the firm’s lead Partner/Owner. This position is full time, in the LONE TREE CO office (no remote working). Typical duties may include (but are not limited to): Travel arrangements and expense reporting; calendar management; answering the office phone and screening/message taking for the entire office; preparation of status updates and reminders of phone calls/meetings/important upcoming events; filing, copying, mailing firm documents; errands for personal and office (you must have a valid driver’s license, car and insurance); general office duties including ordering, organizing and management of supplies. Some travel will be required. A FIRM knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Adobe Acrobat and Outlook are ESSENTIAL (Knowledge of Clio and
Trello are a plus, however, training would be available).
Basic Qualifications:
• Experience supporting executive management
• Thorough knowledge of systems applications such as MS Office Suite, most
specifically, Word, Excel and Adobe acrobat.
High School Education at minimum
• Experience in legal administration
You must have a valid CO Driver’s License, a car and valid insurance
Please be prepared to complete aptitude testing for MS Office Suite.
