Dispatcher

Job Summary:

JWO is an equal opportunity employer, we are currently looking for a 24-Hour Dispatcher to join our team. The 24-Hour Dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating all trucking operations, which includes vacuum trucks, winch trucks, and frac tanks.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Preparing and distributing reports on daily trucking activities, water levels from the field, and a dispatch log of all work completed by the trucking department.
• Coordinate with drivers and truck pushers to ensure all customers are taken care of in a timely manner.
• Managing schedules for the drivers, including the vacation schedule.
• Providing basic customer service, including keeping in contact with customers to ensure their needs are met to the best of our abilities.
• Working closely with our truck pushers to make sure that our daily operations are running smoothly.
• Checking and reconciling driver paperwork with our daily dispatch logs to ensure that billing has all correct information on jobs completed.
• Monitoring trucks/drivers using our GPS and making sure everyone is working effectively and efficiently.

Education and Experience:

• Prior dispatching experience preferred, but not required.
• Experience with Excel and other Windows programs, as well as Google Drive, and Email.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Related experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds at a time.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
