The JWPC Customer Success team is responsible for driving long-term customer growth by fostering meaningful relationships and ensuring positive outcomes for our customers. Each team member manages a portfolio of SaaS customers, focusing on revenue retention and expansion through renewals, upsells, and cross-sells. Success in this role requires deep product knowledge, effective contract negotiation skills, and seamless collaboration across teams.
The Opportunity:
We are looking for an Account Manager based in the US to join our Media Accounts team. This role is essential to JWPC's growth, managing a book of business that utilizes a wide range of media-focused technology. With a consultative approach and a product-driven mindset, you will develop a deep understanding of each customer's technology needs and align them with the JWPC platform to drive measurable business results.
As a Senior Account Manager, you will:
- Serve as a trusted advisor and advocate for customers, ensuring they achieve success with JWPC's platform.
- Oversee the full customer lifecycle from onboarding and implementation to renewals, upsells, and expansion.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within media organizations.
- Support product adoption and engagement, helping customers maximize the value of our platform and services.
- Work cross-functionally with Support, Product, and Professional Services teams to advocate for customer needs and improve customer outcomes.
- Utilize internal tools such as Salesforce, Zendesk, and JIRA for tracking, forecasting, and reporting.
- 5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related role.
- Proven ability to drive revenue retention and growth in a subscription-based business.
- Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and communication abilities.
- Ability to understand technical concepts and eagerness to learn new technology.
- Experience meeting or exceeding retention goals.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce experience preferred).
- A collaborative mindset with a high level of integrity and professionalism.
- Experience managing software customers in the media industry.
- Knowledge of online video platforms (OVPs) and/or advertising technology.
- Background in upselling, cross-selling, and retention forecasting.
- A strategic, solutions-oriented mindset.
