What are the responsibilities and job description for the Business Development Executive position at JX Enterprises Careers?
Job Purpose:

Using your innate sales ability, combined with the technical knowledge that we will provide, our Business Development Executives provide unique solutions to our customer’s transportation needs, partnering with them for the long haul. CDL required, or willingness and ability to obtain.
Total Compensation (range): $55,000 - $150,000/yr. (Base salary UNCAPPED commission program. There is also a Volume Bonus. Initial base salary is $55,000/yr.)
Shift: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (Monday - Friday)
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain a customer base through daily cold calling and updating of information in a CRM.
- Stay up to date on latest trends and technologies in both the industry and local market to gain the competitive edge.
- Complete one or more formal sales training available through the organization’s employee development department.
- Satisfy their customer’s individual and business needs through solution-based selling of not only equipment but also direction towards the organization’s other offerings including maintenance services, repair services, leasing, rental and financing.

Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent. Associates or Bachelor degree preferred
- Ability to hold technical conversations with independent owner/operators, business owners, transportation managers and municipality officials.
- Intermediate experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Gmail preferred
- Mechanical understanding enough to learn specifications of complex, customizable equipment.
- Valid driver’s license required
- CDL required, or willingness and ability to obtain.
