Job Purpose :
The Talent Acquisition Specialist executes an established recruitment process for assigned positions and locations, honoring our commitments by ensuring the process is efficient, reliable, and meets our high standards. By attracting, selecting, and hiring a qualified workforce in a timely manner, they create positive experiences for both candidates and internal stakeholders. This role fosters lifelong learning by continuously improving recruitment strategies and staying informed about industry best practices. Exhibiting a pioneering spirit, the Talent Acquisition Specialist seeks innovative methods to enhance the recruitment process. Demonstrating good stewardship, they manage resources responsibly to build a talented and sustainable workforce.
Shift : 8 : 00 a.m. - 5 : 00 p.m. (Monday - Friday)
Salary : $55,000-70,000 (Based on Experience)
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

- Partner with the Hiring Manager to ensure the most qualified candidates are hired, fulfilling our commitment to high standards and reliability.
- Maintain compliance with Affirmative Action, adhering to legal and ethical hiring practices.
- Maintain accurate and current data in the Applicant Tracking System, ensuring reliable and precise record-keeping.
