Quality Assurance Analyst
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the QA Manager in monitoring and maintaining quality assurance programs and procedures.
- Conduct routine inspections, audits, and quality checks to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare and maintain QA documentation, including reports, records, and manuals.
- Support the development and execution of training programs related to quality processes.
- Assist in coordinating product testing, inspections, and certifications as required.
- Utilize bilingual communication skills to liaise with Japanese-speaking stakeholders when needed.
Qualifications:
- Education: Associate's degree in Engineering or a related technical field (preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality assurance or a similar technical role.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in Japanese is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and QA tools/software.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO standards).
- Familiarity with manufacturing or engineering processes.
- Experience working in a bilingual environment (English and Japanese).
