Job Summary
JXHcare Inc is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Medical Sales Representative to expand our market presence. The primary focus of this role is to onboard wound care doctors and other healthcare providers to utilize our amniotic membrane allografts. In addition, the representative will be responsible for identifying and capitalizing on secondary and tertiary sales opportunities within our organization and its subsidiaries. These include medical billing and claims recovery services for JXH Billing, Durable Medical Equipment (DME) and other medical products for JXHcare, and soon to be Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) and Chronic Care Management (CCM) services for JXH Monitoring (NLT Q3/25).
Key Responsibilities
- Primary Sales Focus:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to onboard wound care physicians and healthcare providers.
- Present, demonstrate, and educate clinicians on the benefits and proper usage of amniotic membrane allografts.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in wound care practices.
Secondary & Tertiary Sales Initiatives:
- Identify and pursue opportunities to sell complementary services such as medical billing, billing claims recovery, DME products and other medical products.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to sell complementary services of RPM and CCM no later than Q3/25.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop integrated solutions that meet the evolving needs of healthcare providers.
- Track and report sales activity, customer feedback, and market trends to inform business strategy.
Client Relationship Management:
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and to uncover additional service needs.
- Provide ongoing training and support to clients regarding product usage and best practices.
- Address any client concerns promptly and efficiently to ensure long-term partnership success.
Market Research & Analysis:
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify potential business opportunities.
- Provide feedback and insights to the marketing and product development teams for continuous improvement.
- Participate in industry conferences, seminars, and networking events to build brand awareness.
Administrative & Reporting Duties:
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market insights for management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.
Qualifications
Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Advanced degree or relevant certifications in healthcare or sales are a plus.
Professional Experience:
- Proven experience in medical or pharmaceutical sales, preferably with exposure to wound care products or related healthcare services.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in consultative or solution-based selling, particularly within a multi-product environment.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all organizational levels.
- In-depth knowledge of medical terminology, clinical practices, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and ability to learn the Zoho software platform.
Other Requirements:
- Ability to travel regionally as needed.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $900,000.00 per year
