What are the responsibilities and job description for the Commercial Operations Manager position at K-7 Parking Company?
· Oversee Commercial Property Portfolio which consists of but not limited to privately owned commercial properties and Class A office buildings
· Work onsite minimum of 45 hrs. per week
· Work efficiently with building tenants and customers to ensure all needs are met
· Responsible for oversight of 10-30 team members
· Provide continuous training for all team members
· Provide support to escalated issues from team members as second line of defense for company
· Escalate issues appropriately when needed to Chief Operations Officer
· Ensure appropriate daily staffing at all responsible locations
· Ensure all team members are at the assigned location(s) are in uniform and fit for work
· Be proficient in an administrator role in any technology used in operations
· Construct and submit weekly schedule for assigned locations
· Prepare Daily and monthly reports of operations
· Oversee all property revenues
· Effectively manage property budgets
· PTO time becomes effective after 3rd month of employment
Qualifications:
· B.A. year college degree or equivalent experience or two (2) years of professional experience in service-oriented industry.
· Two (2) years of management / supervisory experience preferable in a high-volume customer service-oriented operation
· Proficiency with Microsoft office
· Experience with Parking Access and Revenue Control Systems (PARCs)
· Ability to troubleshoot equipment technical issues

Pay: $70,000.00 per year
