Role Expectations:
- Responsible for the scheduling of engineering design activities, deliverables, and resources to maintain the engineering work management program.
- Works closely with engineering superintendents and supervisors to ensure deficiencies are identified and requirements are known to start and complete projects and activities on schedule.
- Coordination of activities between plant groups is also required.
- Monitors projects and activities to ensure milestones and delivery commitments are scheduled and provides management with reports on resource allocations.
- Provides all team updates on P6.
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s Degree in business, finance, project management, or equivalent. PMI or AACE certification (the following or equivalent are acceptable - PMP, CAPM, PMI-SP, AACE-CCC, AACE-PSP, AACE-CEP, AACE-EVP) is preferred
- Minimum of 5-10 years of project controls scheduling experience using primavera (P6)
- Knowledge and use of several work management databases to complete the function
- Expertise with project management / project controls concepts / computer applications / analytics; employee development; strong collaborative team member; oversight
- Proficient in Area Schedules and work plans
- Able to travel to various locations – mileage will be charged
- Provide own transportation and own lodging
- Must be able to work a hybrid schedule (minimum of 3 days in office)
