Responsibilities & Duties::
Role Expectations:
- Manage the construction activities in Team Member
- Work with Project Managers and Project Coordinators to confirm baseline change request (BCR)
- Attend Monthly meetings with Senior Project Controls to check the Task List and aviod missing KPIs
- Set-up meetings with Project Controls Specialist and Tavitas
- Coordinate dates for Bid Agreements
- Work with area Schedulers
- Understand and know the contractors involved in project
- Forecast data/labor spent each month
- Know the foreman on jobs and how many crew members on each job
- Review and keep content current/up to date
- Responsible for pulling O&M shared metrics for DEP and reporting to Director
- Weekly Meetings- Lead & Present, take notes, for projects and add to spreadsheet
- Monitors engineering projects and activities to ensure milestones and delivery commitments are met
- Understands the Engineering Change workflow process
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor's Degree- business, finance, project management, or equivalent. PMI or AACE certification (the following or equivalent are acceptable - PMP, CAPM, PMI-SP, AACE-CCC, AACE-PSP, AACE-CEP, AACE-EVP) is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of project controls scheduling experience using primavera (P6).
- Expertise / Mastery with project management / project controls concepts / computer applications / analytics; employee development; strong collaborative team member; oversight.
- Demonstrated proficiency using Software such as MS Office Suite, Primavera, Business Objects, Prolog, Passport, Visio, Powerplant, Maximo, PeopleSoft & Risk management tools
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Hybrid Position, 2-3 days in office, reporting to Leland, NC
