We are seeking a dynamic and motivated People Operations Intern to join our team onsite in Syracuse, New York or Raleigh, North Carolina for Summer 2025. This internship provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience supporting both Marketing and Operations functions within the People Operations department. You will contribute to initiatives that enhance our employer brand, improve business efficiency, and optimize organizational operations.

Please note that this internship is unpaid. It is designed to provide students with meaningful, real-world experience, professional development, and the opportunity to contribute to the People Operations team at K&A!

Role Expectations:

• Assist in crafting and executing employer branding initiatives to attract top talent
• Develop engaging content, including videos, social media posts, and presentations, to enhance K&A's messaging
• Support the growth of K&A’s LinkedIn presence by driving engagement and increasing follower count
• Design polished PowerPoint templates and materials for internal and external communication
• Analyze and identify opportunities for improving business efficiency within the corporate structure
• Collaborate on projects focused on cost-saving strategies and operational enhancements
• Support the development and documentation of streamlined processes for improved organizational performance
• Contribute to special projects that align with K&A’s mission and goals
  
  
  

What we’re looking for:

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with Canva or video editing tools is a plus.
• Familiarity with social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn, and an understanding of employer branding.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to assess processes and identify areas for improvement.
