Role Expectations:
- Assist in crafting and executing employer branding initiatives to attract top talent
- Develop engaging content, including videos, social media posts, and presentations, to enhance K&A's messaging
- Support the growth of K&A’s LinkedIn presence by driving engagement and increasing follower count
- Design polished PowerPoint templates and materials for internal and external communication
- Analyze and identify opportunities for improving business efficiency within the corporate structure
- Collaborate on projects focused on cost-saving strategies and operational enhancements
- Support the development and documentation of streamlined processes for improved organizational performance
- Contribute to special projects that align with K&A’s mission and goals
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with Canva or video editing tools is a plus.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn, and an understanding of employer branding.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess processes and identify areas for improvement.
