Key Responsibilities
- Independently perform specialized laboratory procedures
- Train and educate laboratory personnel and others
- Contribute to the continuing education program
- Observe guides, verify and check documentation of less experienced lab personnel
- Act as lead in absence of supervisor/manager
- Prepare schedule or draft procedures
- Perform special projects as assigned
Requirements and Qualifications
- ASCP certification (or eligibility/equivalent certification)
- Bachelor's Degree in Science or Associate Degree in Science
- Experience is highly preferred
