Diagnostic Imaging Leadership Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Diagnostic Imaging department at a nationally-ranked hospital in the beautiful Green Mountains of Vermont.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing imaging departments, with expertise in radiology, ultrasound, and other modalities. They will be responsible for developing and organizing the department, ensuring efficient operations and high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to improve department efficiency and patient satisfaction.
- Oversee staffing, budgeting, and information technology management for multiple imaging modalities.
- Manage the delivery of patient care, prioritizing their needs and ensuring timely and accurate diagnoses.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred.
- At least 5 years of leadership experience in Diagnostic Imaging, with a proven track record of success.
- Experience as a technologist in at least one modality, such as radiography or MRI.
- ARRT certification required; CRA certification preferred.
This is a full-time permanent day shift position (Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm), offering a rewarding career opportunity for an experienced imaging leader.
