About the Position:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to join our team as the Director of Diagnostic Imaging. This is a full-time, permanent day shift position (Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm).
Key Responsibilities:
- Department Development: Develops and organizes the Diagnostic Imaging department, ensuring it operates efficiently and effectively.
- Staffing and Operations: Oversees staffing, budgeting, operations, and information technology management of numerous imaging modalities.
- Patient Care: Manages the delivery of patient care, focusing on quality and safety.
Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred.
- Leadership Experience: At least 5 years of leadership experience in Diagnostic Imaging.
- Technical Expertise: Experience as a technologist in at least one modality.
- Certifications: ARRT required; CRA preferred.
