Leadership Opportunity in Diagnostic Imaging
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Diagnostic Imaging department at a nationally-ranked hospital in the Green Mountains of Vermont.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in imaging leadership, with expertise in radiology, ultrasound, and other modalities. They will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve department efficiency and patient satisfaction.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to improve department efficiency and patient satisfaction.
- Oversee staffing, budgeting, and information technology management for multiple imaging modalities.
- Manage the delivery of patient care, prioritizing their needs and ensuring timely and accurate diagnoses.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred.
- At least 5 years of leadership experience in Diagnostic Imaging, with a proven track record of success.
- Experience as a technologist in at least one modality, such as radiography or MRI.
- ARRT certification required; CRA certification preferred.
This is a full-time permanent day shift position (Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm), offering a rewarding career opportunity for an experienced imaging leader.
