Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Technologist/CLS or MLT to join our team in a full-service anatomic pathology laboratory located in Northern Idaho. Our laboratory is fully accredited and equipped with state-of-the-art EMR and LIS systems.
Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of laboratory tests and procedures, including blood bank, chemistry, coagulation, cytology, histology, immunology, microbiology, and toxicology
- Meet or exceed productivity and quality standards
- Participate in quality control and quality assurance programs
- Collaborate with other laboratory staff to ensure smooth operations
Requirements
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology (or related field)
- ASCP (or equivalent) certification as a Medical Technologist (MT)/Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) or Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT)
