This position involves independently performing specialized procedures unique to the laboratory's discipline. You will also be responsible for training and teaching laboratory personnel, as well as contributing to the continuing education program.
Key Responsibilities:
Independently perform complex laboratory procedures
Train and educate laboratory personnel
Contribute to the continuing education program
Observe and verify documentation of less experienced lab personnel
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
ASCP certification (or eligibility/equivalent certification)
Bachelor's Degree in Science or Associate Degree in Science
Experience is highly preferred
