Job Description : Nurse Manager (RN) - Operating Room

Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and supervise daily operations within the Operating Room, Ambulatory Surgery, and Endoscopy departments.
- Interpret and enforce policies, procedures, standards, and regulations in compliance with healthcare guidelines.
- Collaborate with anesthesia providers and surgeons to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Promote continuous improvement in quality and productivity, ensuring optimal patient outcomes.
