Location : Northern Maine
Work Hours : M-F, (8 : 00-4 : 00)
Job Summary : This individual will provide quality health care and treatment to patients. Health care includes : health promotions; prevention of disease and disability; identification of health problems; management of health problems; and referral with communication to the patients primary care provider.
Requirements :
- Graduated from NLN Nurse Practitioner program ( MSN preferred ) or Physician Assistant's program
- Current Maine state license
- Requires current CPR and ACLS
