Generalist Tech
Location : Cranston, RI
Schedule : Full-Time | First Shift (7 : 00 AM - 3 : 30 PM, Monday - Friday)
Weekend Rotation : Every other Saturday & Sunday
Job Summary :
We are looking for a Generalist Tech to join our laboratory team in Cranston, RI . This role involves performing hematology, chemistry, urinalysis, coagulation, and blood bank testing to support patient care. The ideal candidate will have experience in multiple laboratory disciplines and a strong attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities :
- Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests across multiple disciplines.
- Operate and troubleshoot automated analyzers and laboratory equipment .
- Review and validate test results for accuracy and reliability.
- Maintain compliance with laboratory safety and regulatory standards .
- Communicate critical values and findings to healthcare providers as needed.
- Participate in quality control and quality assurance programs .
