Job Summary :
We are seeking a Pathologists' Assistant (ASCP) to join our team in Birmingham, AL. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the patient care process by preparing, grossing, and dissecting human tissue specimens. This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced laboratory environment while ensuring safety, compliance, and quality control. New graduates are welcome to apply!
Key Responsibilities :
- Perform gross examination and dissection of surgical specimens, from simple to complex.
- Recognize and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Work safely in an environment with biological and chemical hazards.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
